Will rent it over and over again Positive: Our stay was excellent. A special thanks to our host, Syed Ali, who was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our trip. The indoor secure parking was a great advantage, especially during the hot days. The rooftop pools were another highlight, offering a perfect place to relax, enjoy the summer, and cool down. The apartment was very well equipped, with brand-new kitchen accessories that made meal preparation easy and convenient. I traveled with my wife and our one-year-old son, and the location was perfect for a family stay. The area is very quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently located just five minutes from the highway. Having supermarkets and pharmacies within a three-minute walk made everything very easy and stress-free. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Dubai and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and family-friendly place. Negative: Nothing at all.

Excellent & amazing stay Positive: Mr. Syed who handed us the flat keys was really great and helpful, also the facilities are nice, location is great as well near Plam Jumeirah, In general everything went smooth and I really recommended it.

Mooi appartement en genieten aan het zwembad. Positive: Ruim appartement met goed ingerichte keuken. Je krijgt geregeld een sms van de host om te vragen of er iets nodig is. Negative: Er werd beloofd dat er iemand ons zou ophalen aan de luchthaven, maar er stond niemand. Er zou koffie voorzien zijn, maar er lagen slechts 4 cups voor 7 nachten en 2 personen. De locatie is nogal ver van het centrum verwijderd, waardoor je telkens een taxi heen en terug moet nemen waardoor er een extra kost bijkomt op 8 dagen van 250 euro.
